TENDER NOTICE:
Sealed bids are invited from eligible suppliers manufacturers / authorized dealers with adequate past experience. for supply of ELISA Plate Reader and Washer as per specification given in the tender document. Tender documents can be obtained on payment of Rs. 100/- on submission of written request on company's letterhead along with NTN, GST Certificates, CNIC (of owner / representative) upto 03.11.2014 between 09:00 am to 03:00 p.m on working days from the office of the undersigned. Bids will be received on 04.11.2014 at 10.30 a.m and will be opened same day at 11.00 a.m. Bidding procedure "Single Stage Two Envelopes" will be followed. Envelop shall be clearly marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and other as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. The bidder must submit earnest money @ 3 5% of total hid value otherwise bid may be rejected opening of Financial bid will be communicated later, and financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
