The successful contractors / firms whose bids are below the rates provided in the advertised cost on market rate basis..shall be required to submit Bank guarantee' Deposit at Call from any scheduled bank of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for an amount equal to the difference between estimated cost and the tendered cost, within 03 working days of evaluation, of the bid:.
