QUOTATION NOTICE
Sealed quotation on specified forms with detailed specifications, to be obtained from the office of the undersigned against prescribed fee are invited from the manufacturers/suppliers/ contractors for the following jobs so as to reach the undersigned on or before 03-11-2014 at 1000 hours and will be opened on the same day in the presence of manufacturers/suppliers/ contractors or their authorized agents who wish to be present:
(a) Supply and fixation of directional/traffic/lane sign boards made of GI sheet of compatible quality of 3M OR Avery Dennison or equivalent high intensity grade pasting (detailed out in specified form)
(b) Supply and fixation of directional/traffic/lane/sign boards made of GI sheet of compatible quality of 3M OR Avery Dennison or equivalent high diamond grade pasting (detailed out in specified form)
(c) Supply and fixation of uni & bi directional plastic/aluminum cat eyes and road studs (detailed out in specified form) (d) Road marking of road with CR/T.P paint (detailed out in specified form)
(e) Supply and fixing of directional/traffic/informatory sign boards made of G.I frame with Panaflex (detailed out in specified form) (f) Miscellaneous Traffic Items (detailed out in specified form
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The quotationers shall have to provide respective samples for approval of the undersigned prior to the submission of the quotations. No quotation shall be entertained without prior approval of the sample.
2. Quotation Form (along with the list of articles) can be obtained from the Office of the Cantonment Board Clifton, CC-38, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase VI, DHA, Karachi, during office hours on payment of Rs. 25,0001- (non-refundable) on or before 31-10-2014. 3. Quotations shall be accompanied by earnest money of 5% pledged to the Executive Officer, Clifton Cantonment. 4. Quotations should be free from cutting, erasing and overwriting etc. 5. Quotations shall be accompanied with photo copy of their CNICs, present address and telephone numbers of the firm. 6. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes as admissible under rules. 7. Detail of specification and design or any other information can be obtained from the SCE Office, Cantonment Board Office, Clifton Cantonment during working hours. 8.
