University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore invites sealed bids in Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from reputed -persons. firms, companies and private or public sector organization registered under Income Tax/ Sale Tax Act only for the supply of Photovoltaic Lab equip-ment for CERAD, University of the Engineering and Technology, KSK Campus.
The supply items include the following equipment:

Further detailed specifications a equipment and terms and conditions for the purchase are given in Tender Documents may be obtained against the written request from the next day after the publication of tender in newspaper, during normal working hours, from the office of the Director, AI-KICS, (JET, Lahore ott payment of Rs.2000/- non-refundable (through Bank Draft in favor of the Director, Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science, UET, Lahore. The sealed tenders/ quotations along with the bank draft/ Deposit-at-Call@ 2% of the bid price as Bid Security/ Earnest Money will be received in the office of the Director, Al-Khawarizmi Institute Computer Science, (JET Lahore after one month of the date of tender announcement till 1.1:00 .am and will be opened, by the Chairman Central Purchase Committee, (JET, Lahore, on the same day at 11:30 am in the Conference Hall, Vice-Chancellor's Office, UET, Lahore in the presence of the bidders or their representative. In case of public hol-iday, tender will be open on next working day at the tame time. The tender is also available on PPRA webs i t e (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). In case of disagreement in the closing date, the date as per newspaper will be considered final. The bids submitted after the closing time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened. No conditional tender will be entertained. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The tender from a Finn or Company participating as a joint venture shall provide Power of Attorney in the prescribed manner (Judicial Stamp Paper).
