SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR HIRING OF A CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR CONDUCTING PUBLIC OPINION SURVEYS The Government of Punjab intends to hire a consultancy firm for conducting Public Opinion Surveys and Focus Groups Discussions. The survey firm will undertake 20 surveys with a total sample size of 3100,000 respondents throughout Punjab over the next 15 months (ending June. 2015). 2. The Government of Punjab invites Technical and Financial proposals from consulting firms having vast experience in the area for the following project:-"Implementation Of A Research Project On Citizen Engagement And Public Perception Analysis For Improving Governance And Service Delivery In Punjab: 2013-15" 3. Details of services to be provided are men-tioned in the "Request For Proposals4' (R FP) which can be obtained from the websites of PPRA and DGPR Punjab as well as the office of the undersigned. The Consultant will be selected under the Selection Method: Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. 2014. 4. The Technical and Financial Proposals are to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes within 15-days of publication of this advertisement to the following address:
