Sealed tenders without involving any foreign exchange component are invited from WAPDA approved manufacturers duly pre-qualified / registered by the Chief Engineer (R&D) WAPDA Lahore, DISCOs & NTDC renewed for the year 2013-14 for the supply of following material at Regional Stores Multan, Sahiwal, D.G. Khan and B. Pur on FCS basis:

The tender forms can be obtained from the office of Manager (M.M) MEPCO Ltd. Multan upto one day before the opening date of tender on payment of Rs. 2000/- each (Non-refundable). There will be no sale of tender forms on tender opening date. The tender shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee of 2% of the quoted value valid for 150 days issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan on specified Performa / Demand Draft along with the Sales tax registration certificate. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. Bids received after closing time & date will not be considered and return un-opened. The tender will be received on 17.03.2014 half an hour before closing time and will be opened on the same date and time as mentioned above. The under signed reserves the rights to reject all Bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a Bid or proposal and shall upon request communicate to supplier or contractor who submitted a Bid or proposal the grounds for its rejection of all Bids or proposals. NOTE:-i. Tender documents will be issued only to those firms who will produce registration/ Pre-qualification Certificate from P&D WAPDA & DISCOs along with sales tax registration certificate, company profile etc & copy of prototype approval from C.E (D&S) Lahore. ii. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. MEPCO reserves the right to increase / decrease 15% quantities as per requirement. iv. No bidder shall be allowed to alter or modify his bid after the bids have been opened. v. Time period for performance of contract will be considered upto 120 days or earlier from issuance of P.0 as per requirement of MEPCO. vi.
