Changing the Policy& Advocacy Landscape in Pakistan Based in Islamabad, you as a Senior Policy Advisor will lead and supervise a team of UNDP experts, international and national consultants and project staff and maintain a network with colleagues in Government multilateral and bilateral donors, academia and civil society. You and your team will lead on advocacy campaigns that dialogue on complex and difficult issues such as efficient local governance, multi- index poverty data, armed violence prevention and results of UNDP's National Human Development Report on youth in Pakistan. Open to Pakistani nationals possessing a Master's Degree in Economics, Public Policy or in a related discipline with a minimum off years of relevant experience at the national or international level. Required experience in policy dialogue, formation and advocacy and establishing relationships with international organizations and national governments. You will demonstrate a high moral standing and personal integrity, and thorough expertise in the field of Economics, Public Policy or related field. Head of Environment and ClimateChange UNDP is looking for a dynamic expert to lead its climate change portfolio. You will head and supervise the Environment and Climate Programme team and work in close collaboration with stakeholders to successfully implementthe portfolio. You will be based in Islamabad and support and ensure UNDP's lead role in the coordination and management of One UN initiatives in the areas of Environment, Sustainable Energyand Climate Change. Requirements are for a Master's Graduate in Environment Sciences, Engineering, Natural Resources Management or Climate Studies with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing inter-relationships among international organization and national governments. You will have to be a self-starter confident, with both drive and determination. Oversight and Assurance Analyst UNDP is inviting applications from highly competent individuals fora challenging job of Oversight and Assurance Analyst in the Strategic Management Unit. Under the Chief, Strategic Management Unit you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Programme financial management as well as audit and assurance activities for the county office. You will support execution of programmefinance services and ensure effective and transparent resource utilization with integrity. The position requires a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Preferably a qualified Chartered Accountant with certification from an internationally recognized institute of accountancy. Additional certifications in internal auditing and assurance are preferable. An experience requirement is a minimum of 5 years in financial management, accounting, audit and assurance.
