PRE QUALIFICATION NOTICE
WORKS & SERVICES DEPARTMENT NANKANA SAHIB Applications are invited from reputed contractors enlisted in Ctr IV Department who have got their names Registered / Renewed for the year 2013-14 with the Pakistan Engineering Council / Cnief Engineer Punjab District Support & Monitoring Department, North Zone/ Executive District Officer ( W&S),Nankana Sahib, for pre-qualification of schemes as mentioned below:-

The interested firms 4re required to submit the following information / documents (in duplicate) to the District Officer (Buildings) Division Nankana Sahib as to reach him by  22 424014.
1) Name / Full address and partnership deed of the contractors / Firm with power of Attomey in favour of person authorized. 2) List of complete technical staff with their complete Bio Data and their proof of stay with the fun 3) Name and particular of specialist Firm to be associated. 4) List of equipment with their make / model condition and location along with the proof of its ownership. 5) Authentic proof of their financial position such as Bank Certificate of the previous three years. 6) Detail of similar projects completed by the Contractor! Firm during the last three years gil,ing , location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from client Department 7) Detail of works in had indicatiiv the client Department consultants Rope of works, approximate cost / date of start and expected date of completion by the contractor / Firm. 8) List of case pending in Arbitration / Litigation, if any. 9) Certificate of Registration from Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad, in the relevant category (duly attested by 10 Class Officer). 10) Any further particulars if he wants to furnish. 11) Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer / 110 under the works have been executed during last three years. 12), _IncomeTax Registration Certificate.
The prequalification performa. Govt. of the Puniab MD Department's criteria is also attached showing the basis for evaluation. Any detail, in this connection, may be had from the office of the District Officer (Buildings), Division Nankana Sahib on any working day. Pre-qualification Firm shall be sent invitations to submit tenders. The committee for pre-qualification reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any application without assigning any reason there of
