District Officer Buildings Hafizabad Tender of Notice

NOTICE INVITING TENDER
District Officer Buildings Hafizabad Tender Notice Sealed Tenders based on percentage basis are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractor/firms enlisted/renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year 2013-2014 in the field of Buildings Works etc.
Tender documents can be obtained, from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/upto date renewal letter, PEC License, Identity Card of Contractor/Managing partner/ Director of the firm alongwith register power of attorney.
a) Executive District Officer (Works & Services) Hafizabad b) Executive District Officer (Finance & Planning) Hafizabad c) District Officer Buildings Hafizabad.
Tender rates & amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per General Directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be accepted. Tenders will be received at the above mentioned offices & will be opened at the Office of District Officer Buildings Hafizabad in the presence of District Tendering Board.
Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money 2% at the estimated cost in shape of CDR/Bank Draft of any scheduled Bank and attested copy of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The tender will be received at 12:30 PM on the dates detailed below and will be open after 30 minutes on same date in the presence of the contractors or their authorized agents who care to be present. Any information/detail of work regarding the tenders mentioned below can be obtained from the Divisional Head Clerk during office time. No telegraphic tender or tender, by post will be entertained. Detailed particulars of work can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during the office hours.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject all or any tender as per Rule 33 of PPRA. The tender will be issued / received as per schedule given below:-
