PRECIUALFFICATION / INVITATION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
SHORT LISTING FOR 30 PARTY VALIDATION OF CONSULTANCY FIRMS.
The District Government Nankana Sahib, office of Executive District Officer (C & W Department (District Officer Roads), Nankana Sahib intends to hire services of consulting firms (FOR 31 PARTY VALIDATION), for the following project.

Expression of interest (E0 is invited from the firms registered s per criteria laid down in Consultant Selection Guide book & Consultant Selection procedure, by planning & Development Department, Government of Punjab Sr submission of the following information / documents: 1. Certificate of registration with (Planning 1r Development Department, Government of Punjab) along with the latest renewal letter. 2. Copy of Registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of forms. 3. Copy of registration with Income Tax Department. 4. List of permanent professional staff along-with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project S. List of similar works completed by the firm during last ten (10) years and similar work in hand, indicating total oast of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works along-with date of start and completion or expected date of completion. 6. A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Government / Autonomous Body or any arbitration case with client 7. Chairman 'Consultant Selection Conunittee" reserves the rights to reject one or all Firms proposals without assigning any reason, 8. Audited statement of accounts for the last three (3) years. 9. The Technical bid & financial bid should be submitted separately in two envelopes. The applications from interesting firms along-with profile, must reach in office of the District Officer (Roads), Nankana Sahib up to 03.03-2014.
