LAHORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
PROVISION OF FILE COVERS OF PROPERTY FILES OF JOHAR TOWN FOR RECORD MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE, LDA.

The Lahore Development Authority has invited sealed tenders from eligible bidders as detailed below: -
i SR. NO. k NAME OF ITEMS QTY. I 1. 1 , , L Box File (Legal Size)  Front pocket (Transparent) Legal Size. Internal Storage Pocket.  Paper clip metallic (Ring Shape). Material as per sample 15000 NOS.
Bidding is open to all suppliers / contractors who are registered with GST Department and have experience in the relevant field.
Interested bidders may inspect the tender documents on the PPFtA website vivAv.ocra.oro.ok or at the address below within office hour. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.  12001-  .
Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before  3-3-2014 at 11:00 am. All tenders must be accompanied by: r A bid security of not less than 2% of bid value. (GST Registered Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, list of clients with whom firm is already working). Tender will be opened on  3-3-2014  at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late tenders will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.

There will be no price negotiations with the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Suppliers are before therefore requested to submit their lowest and best price with their tenders.
