District Officer Buildings Division Okara Tender of Notice

TENDER NOTICE
Buildings Division Okara Sealed tenders based on item-rates / percentage rates circulated by Finance Department for District OKARA (amended up to the date of tenders) are hereby invited for the work mentioned below from the approved Contractors/Firms of the C &W Department, District Govemment/ EDO (VV&S)OKARA. Tenders documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned & Office of the EDO (VV&S), Okara against 2% eamest money in the shape of deposit call from schedule bank of Pakistan and written request on letter pad accompanied with attested copies of enlistment, upto date fee deposit with the District and Registration of Pakistan Engineering Council / License fee, Authority letter (only in favour of member of firrn will be accepted), identity card of the contractor / managing partner of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee. The tender documents shall only be issued on payment of prescribed tender fee. Without fulfillment of the above requirements tender shall not be issued. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and Tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the Tender documents. No rebate on tendered rate will be acceptable. Tender will be issued upto 01-03-2014 during office hours and Tender will be received in the office of the EDO(W&S), Oka ra up to 04-03-2014 at 1:30 P.M on the date of opening of tenders and will be opened immediately thereafter by the Tenders Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Participation of elected representative, press reporters or any person in tending to observe the tendering process will be appreciated. Conditional Tenders and Tender not accompanied with earnest money in shape of Deposit at Call receipt from Scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firm will not be entertained. NOTE:4n case of tenders amount being less then 5% o estimated amount, the owest bidder will have to deposit Additional Performance Security in the shape of deposit at call from any schedule bank equal to the amount difference between estimated &quoted a mount with in 15-days otherwise it will be rejected. The cost of tender fee must be prepared in shape of CDR from any schedule bankofOkara City.
