Supplying & Installation of Branded Wireless Burglar Alarm System at Taxila 6,36,500/- Museum (Korea, Japan, USA, Europe) 350/- 01 Month
Sealed tenders are invited from the contractors and firms gistered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the following works:-

CONDITIONS: 1. Applications for Issuance of Tenders must reach the office of the undersigned one day before the opening date on the letter pads of the eligible Sole Distributors/ Authorized Dealers/ Contractors. No tender will be issued on the opening date of the tenders. 2. Tender will be issued to the eligible Sole Distributors/ Authorized Dealers/ Contractors on payment of prescribed fee (non-refundable) during office hours. 3. Earnest Money @ 2% of the Tendered Cost in shape of Call Deposit from any Scheduled Bank in favour of the Project Director, Taxila to Swat Project, Taxila Museum, Taxila, should be attached with the tender. 4. Sealed Tenders will be received upto 1230 hours on 12-03-2014 and will be opened at 1300 hours on the same day, i.e., 12-03-2014 in the presence of intending Distributors/ Authorized Dealers/ Contractors or their agents. Name of work should be mentioned on the corner of Sealed Envelope. 5. The competent authority reserves the right to accept any or reject all the tenders without assigning any reason. 6. If the tenders are not opened on the above mentioned date due to any unavoidable circumstance it will be opened on 14-03-2014 as per schedule given above.
