Punjab Small Industrial Corporation intends to develop 20/25 MW Local and Imported Coal Based Thermal Power Project in SIE Faisalabad, Punjab. Pursuant to Para 51 of the "Punjab Power Generation Policy, 2006 (Revised 2009)", Expression of Interest from sponsors interested to develop the said project in Faisalabad Punjab are invited for pre-qualification of firm / consortium. As such all interested parties are requested to submit their Statement of Qualification (S0Q) on the Performa (Pre-qualification Document) to be purchased from the office of undersigned according to the following procedure.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY Each interested company / consortium will get themselves registered with Punjab Power Development Board on payment of US$100.00 or equivalent Pak Rupees as Registration Fee. Already registered companies are also eligible. The Registered Sponsors may purchase Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) for the site/sites of choice on payment of US$1000.00 or equivalent Pak Rupees from the office undersigned to be submitted, duly filled, to PPDB prior to the dead line, which shall be weighted to achieve economy of scale. Each PQD will be evaluated and the Sponsor obtaining highest Qualifying Score will be issued LOI to conduct feasibility study for development of the project in accordance with the provision of the "Punjab Power Generation Policy, 2006 Revised 2009". The decision of Punjab Power Development Board shall be final. Deadline for SOQ submission is March 20 2014
