TENDER NOTICE Office of the Project Director "Rehab: DHQ/THQ Hospitals in Sindh" invites sealed Bids for the supply of following category of item under ADP Scheme No. 414 & 421 (2013-14) on Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. A complete Set of Tender Enquiry with terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of the Project Director "Rehab: DHQ/THQ Hospitals in Sindh" 0-62/1, Block-9, Opp: Beacon House KG-II Branch School, Near Kausar Medico, Clifton, Karachi, on cash payrnent of Rs. 2000/- per set (Non-Refundable). The Bids must be delivered on the respective dates by 12.00 noon in the office of the "Rehab: DHQ/THQ Hospitals in Sindh", 0-62/1, Block-9, Opp: Beacon House KG-II Branch School, near Kausar Medico, Clifton, Karachi. These will be opened publicly in the presence of Bidders or their Authorized Representatives, who choose to attend, in the Committee Room of Project Director "Rehab: DHQ/THQ Hospitals in Sindh", Karachi at 01.00 pm on the same day.

1. The tender form will be sold from the date 14-02-201410 03-03-2014 up to 10.00 am. 2. Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted in separate Envelopes. 3. In case of announcement of Public Holiday or any unfavorable circumstances, the Tenders/Bids will be opened on the next working day. 4. All quotations shall include Government Taxes (if applicable) and these will be deducted from the Bills, according to Government Rules. 5. Bid Security A 2.5% of total value of the quoted items in separate envelop along with bid security by firms in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft and Bank Guarantee must be attached with IFinancial Bidi in favor of the undersigned. 6. The project Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Tender(s) subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules — 2010.
