Terms & Conditions:1.Tenders should reach the office of e undersigned through rnai up to 06-03-2014. The tenders received late will not be accepted/entertained. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the concerned firms' representatives (if present) in the office of the undersigned at the same day at 2:00 pm. 2.2% of the cost of the tender has to be deposited in favour of the undersigned as security call deposit and no exemption is available for any fimi. 3.The income tax/sales tax registration certificate of the firm should be attached with the tender. 4.All kinds of LeviesfTaxes will be included in the offered price and other expenditures (Freight Charges, Delivery Charges etc) are also assumed lobe included in the offered price. 5.Selected Firm will be bound to provide the items in the office of the undersigned within 10 days of issuance of Supply Order, otherwise the security call deposit will be confiscated and the firm will be black listed. 6.If any item provided by the firm does not match the standard specifications and conditions, the firm will be bound to provide it according to the standard specifications and conditions. 7.The undersigned has the authority to accept or reject any or all the tenders without mentioning any reason and no firm will have any right to sue in this respect. 8.Bidding Documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on submission of written request upon payment of Rs.1001- (non refundable).
