The intended participants can purchase the set of tenders on payment of tender fee for each work up to 04-03- 2014 and opened on same date (02.00 pm) in the presence of tender opening Procurement Committee and bidders or authorized representatives before. 2. If tender remained un-responded or any member of committee not present in the office the same will be re-issued on the following dates. i) Date of re-issued 11-03-2014 and will be opened same date (2.00 pm). 3. Eligibility conditions for intending participants are as under: ) Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field of specialization of work and to the extent of tender amount of each work. ii) Bio Data of Engineering and technical staff working with the firm. Hi) Documentary evidence of work executed works in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employers. iv) List of works in progress indicating cost of each work and copy of letter of award of work. v) List of Machinery and equipment available with documentary evidence of its ownership Certificate of Bank showing credit worthiness along with Bank Statement. 4. Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN) Certificate and copy of CNIC. 5. Undertaking on affidavit that firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the department. 6. The bidders should submit earnest money as shown against each work in shape of call deposit prepared from the scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. 7. Affidavit to the effect that the firm contractor have not been black listed previously by any executing agency. B. Affidavit with effect that all document/particulars/information furnished are true correct. 9. In case of firm, list of partnership deed, giving full particulars of Directors/proprietors or other connected along with power of attorney. In case of being sole proprietors such undertaking an affidavit be furnished. 10. In case of works costing below Rs. 2.500 (M) the conditions at S. No. 04 will not be applicable.
