1. Personnel Services Directorate/Adjutant General's Branch organizes Army Ha)) Scheme for the welfare of serving! retired personnel of Pakistan Army and their families on self finance basis. 2. Hajj applications from desirous serving / retired army personnel are being received and contingents will be finalized in the light of Hail Policy 2014, announced by the Ministry of Religious Affair. To organize Army Ha)) Contingents, administrative services of well reputed, promising and Govt approved Hall Group Organizers (HG0s) are hired by inviting quotations from all interested firms. 3. Personnel Services Directorate is desirous to invite sealed quotations for provision of administrative facilities for its Hajj Contingent from HGOs having valid Hajj licence. 4. Tentative Schedule

6. Handout on facilities and related terms & conditions can be obtained from Hajj & Umra Cell, GHQ, Rawalpindi from 0900 hours to 1500 hours on any working day. 7. All interested tour operators to submit their quotations within 4 weeks of publication of this notice. Quotations must be submitted alongwith bank draft of Rs. 15,000/- (Non refundable) in favour of Ha)) & Umra Cell, PS Dte, GHQ in sealed envelop. Bids will be opened in presence of Tour Operators on 10 March 2014 8. The competent authority has the right to reject any or all offers in the light of PPRA's rule.
