PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR TURNKEY BASIS SOLUTIONS
FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS FOR PAKISTAN TOBACCO COMPANY LTD.
Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited intends to hire the services of interested parties for turnkey basis solution for designing, procurement, installation and commissioning of Fire Fighting Detection & Fighting Systems in its factories. The design of the systems shall follow the below mentioned standards:
• Sprinkler System - NFPA 13, BS 12845 • Fire Detection System - NFPA 3, NFPA 72, BS 5839 • Pressurized Hydrant System - NFPA 14, NFPA 20, NFPA 22, NFPA 24 • Fire Suppression System - NEPA 12, NFPA 17, 3515004
All products/ equipments are to be standard Make in compliance with the above mentioned standards. Interested parties must provide registration or authorized vendor proof of products. Interested parties should submit their Letter of Interest along with their profiles. The submitted profiles should include the following at minimum:
1. Full name and address of the registered office with telephone, fax and email address of the company 2. Technical affiliations of the organization: a. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and other relevant national or international institute of Engineering 3. Structure of Organization along with work force details: a. List of permanent professional staff b. Education Level, skill & Experience of Each personnel (Copy of Degree along with resume) 4. Certificate affidavit that the firm is not black listed and is not involved in any litigation by any Govt. Authority and any office of Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited 5. List of Fire Detection & Fighting Projects, along with Project Completion Certificates for the last 5 years 6. List of Equipment with Make & Model and resources of the local & associated firms 7. NTN 8. Bankers certificates regarding financial soundness of the firm and last 3 years audited accounts/ financial statements 9. List of References
