The Schedule-B / Tender containing the details of spare parts / job works can be obtained from this office upto 10th March 2014 during office hours on payment of forms (non-refundable). 2. Schedule-B / Tender duly filled by the contractor will be received back on 11.03.2014 and will be opened at 01:00 pm in the presence of the Committee Members and available contractors or their authorized representatives or on the next day, if the undersigned is out of the Headquarters. 3. Every Schedule-B / Tender should accompany call deposit of above amount from any scheduled Bank pledged in the name of Executive Engineer, Central Sindh Mechanical Division, Jamshoro without which no tender will be entertained. 4. No conditional rate will be entertained. 5. The contractors have to quote their rates on the basis of F.O.R. destination Jamshoro. 6. The specification, brand, make and sample or any other document etc. can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day. 7. The successful firms / contractors will be bound to supply the materials / carried out job works within specific period given in the supply orders, failing which action will be taken under the rules of agreements. 8. The successful contractor, if ordered to supply material / spare parts, have to pay all the taxes applicable under rules. 9. Payment will be made on availability of funds, but by reason if it is delayed, the contractors / firms will not be at liberty at any cost to claim court of law / Mohtasib along with extra markup / interest. 10.
