TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the following works from contractors/ companies / firms of Irrigation Department for the year 2013-2014 on B-I Forms under PPRA Rules 2010.

Blank B-1 Tender Forms can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours on payment of Rs. 3000/- as tender fee (non-refundable). Amount of earnest money as shown against each work, should be deposited in any scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned and Call Deposit be attached with the application for issuance of tender, without which no tender will be issued and the earnest money will not be accepted in cash. The tender forms for the work will be issued upto 01:00 PM 10.03.2014 and received back and opened same day at 03:00 PM before tendering committee as well as intending contractors or their authorized agents in the office of the undersigned. Estimates, plans, drawings and specifications for the works can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. Following documents will be checked in original and photo copies duly attested be attached with the application. (i) Pakistan Engineering Council Registration Certificate for the year 2013-2014. (ii) NTN Certificate. In case of holiday announced by the government or if the undersigned is out of headquarters the tender will be issued and opened on next working day. No conditional tender will be accepted. The undersigned and Chairman Tendering Committee reserve the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
