The High Court of Balochistan intends to purchase a Toyota Land Cruiser Armoured Vehicle B-7 Compliant (foreign conversion), fully loaded. new 2014 model four-wheel drive touring vehicle (unregistered / duty paid / custom duty paid) having petrol engine. The dealers are required to send their sealed tenders accompanied with 2% of the Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit (CDR) (bank draft or bid bond are not acceptable) in the name of Registrar. High Court of Balochistan. Quetta on or before 11.03.2014 upto 12:00 noon and the same will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in presence of the tenderers. Bidding Documents will be issued against tender fee of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) (non-refundable) in the office of the undersigned. The undersigned has the right to reject or accept any or all tenders without assigning any reasons and no objections will be entertained in this regard. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted as per rules. The firms will be responsible to provide the brochures and demonstration. The tenders should be submitted alongwith company profile, work orders obtained with the list of supplied vehicles to the departments during the last one year. The rates should include all types of taxes. including loading. unloading, local taxes. and transport.
