Land Records Management & Information Systems is a project of the Govemment of Punjab bemg executed by Board of Revenue with financial assistance of World Bank. Applications are invited for hiring the services of individual consultant on contract :-

Requirements Consultant (Trainer / Lecturer) for Land Revenue Laws . 30 - 60 Years I Rs: I  ' 500/-per Lecture Having LLB degree, should be well versed with Land Revenue System, Land Revenue Act & Rules, Registration & Stamp Act along with 2 years of experience in conducting training sessions in relevant field OR • Having Bachelor degree along with fifteen years experience of serving in Punjab Revenue Department along with 2 years experience of teaching for above mentioned subjects at a recognized institution. • Preference will be given to those who are currently teaching afore mentioned subjects.
Applications accompanied by CV, copi. of educational qualification certificates, one passport size photograph, copy of CN1C & Domicile should reach the office latest by 28-02-2014. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Only Punjab domiciled candidates will be eligible to apply. Appointments will be subject to tenns and conditions as detennined by the Govemment of the Punjab. Female candidates will be encouraged. Training Hall /Computer Lab Required on Rent
An Air Conditioned Training Hall /Computer Lab is required on rental basis for 6 months. The Lab should have at least 50 functional Computers. OPTION I: Core i3, 4GB RAM & LED/LCD monitors. All systems connected to LAN/WiFi, UPS, Backup Power Generator. OR
OPTION Without computers but with LAN/ WiFi and relevant electricity installations, Backup Power Generator.
The facility of Multi Media Projector with Screen, Dedicated Server Room, Broad Band Connection & White Board. Separate wash room facility for Ladies & Gents and parking should also be available.
