The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, South Asia's premier business school seeks the services of a proactive, committed, multitaskable and result-oriented individual for the position of Manager Student Center & Sports Facilities: Responsibilities: The successful incumbent will report to the Registrar, IBA and will be responsible for: • Administration and operations of all facilities located in the Alumni Student Centre (ASC) • Supervision of spots & athletic events in the student center and its attached ground facilities • Coordination with maintenance staff for upkeep and maintenance of Student Center and allied facilities • Administration of all IBA employees and outsourced personnel/services attached with the ASC Requirements: • Bachelors, preferably Masters in Health and Physical Education from a HEC recognized university/institute • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred • Good Communication (verbal & written), Customer Services, Strong Interpersonal skills required • Proficient in use of computer for office work • Practical knowledge of organizing and conducting sport events • Technical knowledge of using Gym equipment How to Apply: Interested candidates should fill-in an Online Pre-employment Application Form (Non-Teaching Positions), available on the IBA website www.iba.edu.pk, and send their CVs along with a recent passport size photograph (mentioning position title in the subject line) at careers@iba.edu.pk, latest by March 03, 2014.
