Ref: This office letter No. XEN/S&YAD/2012-73 dated 23rd July 2012, on the above subject. All pre-qualified contractors of Sports Complex at Sukkur can obtained Tender forms and specifications of the subject works on payment of Rs. 30003- in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh on any working day during office hours up to 19th February 2014. 2. Tenders will be received on 20th February, 2014 up to 1300 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours in the presence of committee and bidders or their representatives. 3. Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi as earnest money equivalent to 2% of the amount of bid must be attached with tender, conditional/incomplete tender will not be accepted. 4. The Executive Engineer, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh reserves the right to accept or reject all the Tenders as per provision of SPPRA Rule 2010.
