INVITATION OF QUOTATIONS
MOJAZ Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization is seeking proposals from reputed Venders/Firms for the provision of section "A" Hearing & Visual Aid and Section "B" Prosthetic Orthotic & Assistive devices under Disability project funded by PPAF (Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund). Wnders are required to provide services for provision of Hearing & Visual Aid in section A & Prosthetic Orthotic & Assistive devices of section B, to those Persons with Disabilities who will be medically assessed and diagnosed during medical assessment camps. Medical camps will be organized in three union councils namely Sharif Chajra, Gul Wala and Wan Patafi of Distt. Muzaffargarh by the vendors with the collaboration of MOJAL In this regard MOJAZ invites sealed price schedules/ quotations separately for Section A & B from registered suppliers for the supply of following devices with the specifications rnentioned at (http://mojaz.org/tender.html) inclusive the cost of medical screening of PwDs in three Ucs.
Section A-Lot 1: Hearing Aid Lot 2:Optics Visual Aid
Section B-Lot 1:Prosthetic & Orthotic Lot 2:Assistive Devices
