TENDER NOTICE
Finance Department, Government of Sindh invites sealed Bids from the well-reputed Firms for the supply of Printer & Photocopier Machine Papers as per detailed below:
DESCRIPTION OF PRINTER PAPERS Sr. # DESCRIPTION , QUANTITY 1. Printer Papers A-4 Size (82 grams) white top quality (Approx 500 Papers Per Ream) 3,000 Reams DESCRIPTION OF PHOTOCOPIER MACHINE PAPERS Sr. #4 DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 1. Photocopier Papers A-4 Size (72 grams) white top quality (Approx 500 Papers Per Ream) 3,000 Reams DESCRIPTION OF LEGAL SIZE PAPER Sr. # DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 1. Printer Papers Legal Size (82 grams) white top quality (Approx 500 Papers Per Ream) 5,000 Reams
Finance Department would adopt Single Stage Two envelopes Procedure for selection of firm. The Bidder should submit Two separate Sealed Envelopes. One envelope should contain the Technical Proposal and the other envelope should contain the Financial Proposal, both indicating the Tender Inquiry No. FD (CTC-I) 04(07)/ 2013-2014. The envelopes should be clearly marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL'
and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. Technical Proposal includes the sample of the Papers with printed company Stamp at each paper, GST/NTN certificates and other Documentary Evidence as described in the Bidding Documents while the Financial Proposal should contain the Pay Order/Earnest Money & the cost offered by the Bidder. All applicant firms shall be required to deposit a bid security in shape of pay order equivalent to 3.5% of total bid price, along with their sealed Financial Bids. A complete set of bidding documents could be purchased by any interested eligible bidder at the address given below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- (amount and manner of payment of tender fee) up to Friday, 07th March. 2014 during office hours. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information of the bid and inspected the bidding documents at the office of Section Officer (B&A) or CTC-I Section, Finance Department, Govt of Sindh, Karachi. The sealed bids should reach the office of Section Officer (B&A), Finance Department, Government of Sindh at the address given below by 12.00 Noon on Monday, 10th March, 2014. The Tehcnical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 pm in the office of Additional Finance Secretary (Admn/Sr). Finance Department has the rights in accordance of Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule-25 to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or propsoal.
