TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders on percentage basis are hereby invited from the contractors having valid/renewed enlistment in CDA and Government Contractors, must have experience of supply of Food Feed at least one year. The firm will have to provide a valid performance certificate for completion of same nature work by the concerned authority for issuance of tenders for the following work:

2. Tender documents along with approved additional terms and condition can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director (Zoo), Zoo & Wildlife Management Directorate, CDA on any working day during office hours before the date of opening on cash payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable). Rates should be given according to the specification of the MT. 3. Tender will be received and opened on the above mentioned date and time in the office of the Director Zoo & Wildlife Management, CDA in presence of the contractors who should to be present on the fixed date and time. 4. Earnest Money should be in the shape of Call Deposit in favour of D.D.O(R). Tender without earnest money will not be entertained. 5. Successful bidder will be bound to furnish a bank guarantee for an amount of (5.0) Million to cover the risk factor in case of default or below standard feed. 6. The Authority may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance. However, the authority shall upon request communicate to any Contractor who submitted a bid, the ground of its rejection of all bids, but not bound to justify those grounds.
