District Officer Roads Lahore Tender Sealed tenders based on Standardized Market Rates (amended upto the date of receipt of tenders) are invited for the works mentioned below from the contractors/ firms enlisted with Secretary Government of the Punjab C&W Department / Chief Engineer District Supports & Monitoring, Lahore / Executive District Officer (W&S) Department City District Government, Lahore in the field of Road Works for the year 2013-14. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Executive District Officer, (Works & Services)/ District Officer (Roads) Highway City Division No.2, Lahore) City District Government, Lahore against written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter and fee receipt, production of valid original PEC license for the current calendar year 2014, authority letter on pad from of the contractor / firm, CNIC of the contractor! Managing partner of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and for transparency payment of prescribed tenders fee as shown before each work in shape of deposit at calls from any schedule bank in favour of District Officer (Roads-2) City District Government, Lahore. (No tender will be issued against cash).
Tenders will be issued by the aforesaid offices upto 17.03.2014 during office hours and to be received/ opened on 19.03.2014 at 2.00 P.M.

Conditional tender and tenders not accompanied with Earnest Money 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR/Bank Draft of any scheduled Bank in the name of District Officer (Roads) Highway City Division No.2, Lahore and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained.
Any information / detail of work regarding the tenders mentioned below can be obtained from the Divisional Head Clerk / Head Draftsman during office time.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to and supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but it not required to justify those grounds.
