NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION
Application for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the works mentioned below are invited from the Firms/Contractors having sufficient relevant experience of such work and duly enlisted / renewed for the financial year 2013-14 by the Government of the Punjab, Communication & Works Department Lahore in the relevant field.

Provincial Road Construction Division, 110-Gulberg Road near Sher Pau Bridge, Lahore. I. Name, Full address and partnership deed oldie Contractors/Firms with power of Attorney in favour of persons authorized 2. Year of establishment, supported by certificate from the registrar of finns. 3. Name and particulars of specialist firm to beassociated. 4. List of pending arbitrationllitigation, if any. 5. Copy of valid certificate of registration from Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad in the relevant category & field of specialization. 6. Copy of enlistrnent/renewal for the year 2013-14 with C & W Department. 7. List of staff complete permanent business, management, Finance management & Engineering/ technical staff with their complete Bio- Data & proof of stay with the firm. 8. List of equipment with its No/make/model/condition & location along with proof of is Ownership. 9. Detail of similar projects completed by the Contractor/Firm giving location, appmximate cost, and time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from the client Dept!: 10. List of similar projects handled during last three years giving their location, approximate cost, time allowed/taken duly supported with a certificate from client Department. II. Performance certificates from the Executive Engineer/Client under whom the work has been executed during the last year. 12. Detail of work in hand indicating name of client Department, consultants, scope of work. 13. Authentic proof of their financial position sueh as bank stafement of the previous 1 year. 14. Total assets, working capital and liabilities duly certified. 15. Income Tax registration certificate. 16. Any further particulars of the firm desired to furnish. The Pre-Qualification applications shall be evaluated on the basis of Punjab Planning and Development Department criteria. Any further information/derail in this connection may be had from the office of the undersigned on any working day. Only Pr-Qualified firms will be invited to submit tenders. The Committee for pre-qualification reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
