Terms & Condition:- (1)- Full Name & Address. (2)-The application shall accompany the following documents. (3)-Earnest Money i/e Stamp duty in the shape of call deposit (in original) DO-National Identity Card (attested Photo copy). PEC Registration with relevant code of each sub work. PEC renewed upto 31/12/2014. (3)- Financial Status, Bank Balance, Ce.ficate for Scheduled Banks for the last 03 years shall be provided with their applications. (4)- Telegraphically / Incomplete/ Conditional applications documents shall not be accepted. (5)- The Income Tax Certificate from department showing Tax payment regarding work/project executed during last 5 years. (6)- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any 07 033 applications without any reasons. (7)-Any other information/conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned II any working day during office hours. (8)-Photo copy aiongwith the orignal documents attachod with the application after checking orignal documents returned to applicant. (9)- The Successful bidders 300300 0001 lower than 10% below or less than 10% the tender price shall have to deposit an additional sumequal to 8% of the tender price in the shape of deposit at .11 within 03-days of oppening of tenders.
