Pre qualification of Contractors
Applications for pm-qualification in separate sealed envelopes are invited from specialized contractors against each LOt/works on Item rate basis from the eligible fnms/consortium/joint ventures dully registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant Category possessing specialization for C-4 and above, having validity for the year 2013-2014 to carry out the con.struction of High Rise Mega Structure located in Lahore for the fol lowing. works:- Lot-01: Deep Excavation/Piling System Lot-02: Civil Works . Public Health Works including Tube Wells Finishes Works Electrical Works Lot-03: FIVAC and allied Works Lot-04 Safety & Security Systems Lot-05: Lifts and Equipment Works Applications must be supported with following documents  1. Name, permanent address, Telephone/Fax No.& e-mail. 2. Partnership Deed/Articles of Association in case of company/Limited Firm, with Power of Attorney. 3. List of similar projects executed during last 5 years,. with completion certificate and contact details of the client. 4. Audited Balance Sheet, Bank Statement and Certificate of financial soundness from the bank dully sealed in separate envelop in the name of employer. 5. Letter of Awards and Performance Certificate. 6. Income Tax Registration Certificate and returns of last 03 years. 7. Certificates of registration with Pakistan Engineering council and other Government / Semi Govt. departments. 8. List of construction plant and machinery in working condition available .  with the contractors for such type of work including but not limited to a) Melling Plant. b) Tower Crane, c) Concrete Pump, d) Steel Shuttering 100,000 Sti. mini, e) Excavator, 0 Digital Vibrators, g) Transit mixers, Total Station etc., which the firm intends to make available for this project. 9. List of Technical and Supervisory staff with bio-data, to be nominated for this project. 10. List of Litigation cases between the contractor/firm and client/ department. The contractor will provide an original and latest undertaking on Affidavit/Judicial paper that the contractor/firm and its employees have not been black listed by any Govt./Semi Govt./autonomous body/state owned organization and none of the case is under trial in any tribunal or court of law. 11. Any additional information with documentary in addition to the above that the firm might like to furnish in support of its application. 12. If any ihthrmation is found forge/bogus; prequalification will be cancelled, even after appointment as contractor, which will lead to termination and legal action. 13. Consultant/Client will visit any project, presented for the evaluation and bidder will facilitate the visit Applications must be leceived within '15-days of publication of this advertisement. Client has right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. Application received after due date or incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
