PREQUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANT FOR PLANNING & DESIGNING OF COMPOSITE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE/GRAIN MARKET, LAHORE
Government of the Punjab, Agriculture Department is planning to shift F&V Market, Badami Bagh and Grain Market, Akbari Mundi, Lahore; and to establish a Composite Fruit & Vegetable / Grain Market, Lahore near Lakhoder / Handoo Village on a land measuring 1098 Kanals. 2. The services of a well reputed Consultant are required to conduct Feasibility Study, Prepare Conceptual Design, Master Planning, Preparation of PC-1, Detail Designs, Tender Documents and Contractor's Prequalification, etc.
3. Total period of amsultarxy shall be 8 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
4. Following documents must be attached with the proposals:-
• Certificate of Registration with approved professional body along with renewal letter for the year 2014.
• Copy of Registration with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms.
• Copy of Registration with Income Tax Department.
• List of permanent professional staff along with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project.
• List of similar works completed during last ten (10) years;
• List of similar projects in hand, indicating total cost of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works along with date of start and completion or expected date of completion
• A certificate / Affidavit on a stamp paper that the firm has never been blacklisted in the past by any Government / Autonomous Body. Any blacklisting, which is even under litigation by the Firm, shall be enough for disqualification.
• Audited statements of accounts for the last three (3) years.
5. Market Committee reserves the right to reject any one or all proposals without assigning any reason. 6. Detailed TOR / Scope of Work can be obtained from the offices of Executive District Officer (F&P), City District Government Tovin Hall Lahore (042-99211258)/ Market Committee Office Lahore, 46- Lower Mall, Lahore (042-99213269) during working hours on working days till 15-2-2014 on payment of Rs.9000/- 7.
