EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) intends to offer a piece of land measuring 2-Kanals available at MCP Tourists Resort Kharian, adjacent to G.T Road (Lahore - Rawalpindi) for establishing and installation related to Hospitality Industry like Restaurant by a renowned branded food chain on lease basis for a period of 20-years. Expression of Interest (E0I) is invited with following information I documents:- 1. Copy of Registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms. 2. Copy of Registration with Income Tax Department. 3. List of similar successful franchises in past 3-years. 4. List of permanent professional staff along with CVs of relevant core staff showing experience in relevant field. 5. A certificate I affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any Govt / Autonomous Bodies. 6. Audited statements of accounts for the last three (03) years.
1 he PROPOSALS complete in all respect must reach the office of General Manager (Operations) in two separate envelops clearly marked as Technical & Financial Proposals at the address given below by 27th January, 2014 at 12.00 am. location plan may be collected from Manager (Operations Mort) during office hours before 25.01.2014 the Technical Proposals shall be opened on 27.01.2014 al 12.30 pm in the office of General Manager (Operations) in presence of interested firm's representatives. Note: 1 DCP reserves the right to reject one or all proposals without assigning any reason.
