The tender document containing detailed terms & conditions along with specifications can be obtained from Purchase Office on Payment of Rs.2,500/- (non- refundable) in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of CIIT Abbottabad on any working day (Monday-Friday) during office hours (9am to Spm) up to three days prior to tender opening date. Tender document can be obtained through courier on payment of additional Rs. I50/- as courier charges. The detailed list of the item can be viewed on the website (http://www.ciit-atd.edu.pk). 1. All tenders should be accompanied by earnest money @ 2% of total bid value in the form of Pay Order/ Bank Draft in favor of CIIT Abbottabad. 2. Tender complete in all respect shall be received at the address mentioned below at least 30 minutes before opening time given in tender notice/document. 3. Quantity at the time of purchase may vary CIIT reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders as per PPRA's rules.
