Sealed tenders are hereby invited on percentage basis from the enlisted CDA firms in appropriate category for the following work on the date and time vent oned:

Providing and fixing transformer, water connection for 27-01-2014  cybernetic fountains g' 8201, ,415/- 214,5851- At 11:00 AM At 11:327-01-20140 AM cabling thrust borin and necessary painting at different places in Islamabad  CONDITIONS: 1. The above mentioned tender can be obtained on cash payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand)(Non-refundable) from the Office of the Deputy Director Landscape Division, Directorate of Parks, CDA F-9 Park, Islarnabad on any working day during office hours. 2. No tender will be sold /issued on the date of opening of tenders. 3. The tender will be received/opened in the office of Director Parks, F-9 Park (Directorate of Parks), CDA on the date and time mentioned above. 4. Earnest Money in the shape of deposit at call in favor of Deputy Director Landscape, CDA must accompany with the application without which no tender will be issued. Cheque/cash will not be accept.. 5. No application for (he issuance of tender documents will be entertainedlrecieved after 12:00 P.M on the last date of sale attends documents. 6. Application for the issuance of tender documents on the print. Pad bearing name/ addresses/ signatures of the contractor, along with Proprietor ship deed/power of attorney / Partnership deed, Professional Tax Certificate 2013-14, valid copy of enlistment /renewal as E & M contractors for the current year with CDA, copy of valid license of PEC, attested copy of NTN and C.N.I.C, valid electrical license must be submitted for issuance of tender. 7. The bidders are required to provide the following additional documents while submitting the tenders, otherwise, it will be liable for rejection (Programme of work, Non-Judicial stamp paper worth Rot 0/-) 8. Tender will be issued only to those firms having valid Electrical License and enlistment as E&M contractor in CDAfor the year 2013-14.
