II) A firm / joint venture will be selected for the service under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.
III) You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original + one Copy) and financial proposal (Original + One Copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TOR'S) latest by 24 January, 20. till 12:00 Noon.
IV) RFP documents / TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least 07 days before closing date on cash payment of Rs.5000/- (Non refundable).
V) Pre-Bid Meeting would be held in the Office of the undersigned on 20/1/2014 for clarification/Disposal of quarries if any etc.
