The successful bidders will be informed of acceptance of their bids at the spot on provisional basis. 6. Upon issuance of final acceptance letter, 10 % of the bid amount shall be paid within 7 days and the balance within 30 days thereof. 7. The successful bidders shall be liable to pay all applicable Federal/Provincial taxes in vogue and expenses on transfer of the plot/property. 8. 10./.
