Contractors will furnish with their application, their proof of being on approved list of MES/ Housing Directorate / FWO / C&W Department / Renowned Civil Firm, Financial Statement, Skilled Personnel & Equipment / Plant Detail and Statement of previous experience giving details of similar works executed /In-hand for last three years costing over 5 Million on the Pro Forma appended below:
