The Director General, Project Coordination Unit, Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to engage the consulting Firms for providing consultancy services for the following works to be executed under ADP 2013-14).

2. Request for proposal (RFP) are invited from the following short listed consultants of Project Coordination Unit Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 1 M/S NESPAK Pvt Ltd, Islamabad. 2 M/S JV Global Consultants & Development Management Consultants, Peshawar 3 M/S JV Al-Kasib Group of Engineering Service & Lalazar Consultants Peshawar 4 M/S EA Consultants, Karachi 5 M/S JV CIV Tech & EPAC Consultants, Peshawar 6 M/S Pakistan Engineering Services PVt Ltd, Lahore 7 M/S Anwar Ali & Associates, Lahore 8 M/S Shaz Consultants, Peshawar 9 M/S Euro Consultants, Lahore 10 M/S Development Consultants Services, Islamabad 11 M/S Abbasy & Associates, Rawalpindi 12 M/S PEPAC, Islamabad 13 M/S Allied Engineering Consultants, Lahore 14 M/S JV MMP & Shaukat Nawaz Raja Associates, Islamabad 15 M/S Meridian International, Lahore 16 M/S JV AID & Mascot Consultants, Islamabad
3. A Firm / Joint Venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based Selection (QCBS) under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.
4. You are invited to submit a Comprehensive Technical Proposal in English ( One original + one copy) and a Financial Proposal (One original + one copy) in seperate sealed envelopes, for the services requierd under the Terms of Reference (TOR's) recorded in the RFP, not later than 1400 hours on 10/2/2014.
5. RFP Documents / TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained not less than 07 days before the dead line i.e. 10/2/2014.
6. Project Coordination Unit, Police Department, Peshawar reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the proposals as per PPRA ruts.
