REGIONAL FOOD DIRECTORATE HYDERABAD TENDER NOTICE
Annual sealed Tenders are invited from intending participants for Transportation of Wheat / Bardana / Miscellaneous work etc. within District/Other District (Within Region) and other Region for the Crop year 2013-14 and tender year 2014-15 ending on 28- 02-2015 on 28-01-2014 at 02:00 P.M. in the prescribed form obtainable from this office up to 27-01-2014 at As 2,000/. (Rupees Two Thousand only) per form (non refundable) which should reach up to 28-01-2014 at 01:00 P.M. in the Office of the Deputy Director Food, Hyderabad Region, Room No. 109, Block A, Ground Floor, Shahbaz Building, Hyderabad Region, which will be opened on the same day i.e. on 28-01- 2014 at 02:00 P.M. in presence of the parties or their representative, who wish lobe present. No tender form shall be issued on the day of opening of the tenders. If 28-01-2014 is the declared public holiday / general riot, then tender will be received/opened on next working day at the same time & venue. In case NIT's remain an-responded by the above date, the next date of opening will be 13-02-2014 and last date for issuance of tender form up to 12-02-2014, if again the NIT's remain un-responded, the next date of opening will also be 28-02-2014 and last date for issuance of tender form will be up to 2710202014, time & venue will remain same. For tendering the rates, following terms and conditions may also be fulfilled and required to submit following documents/certificates. 1. The other teons and conditions, details of work/routes and amount of security deposit are shown in the statement attached with the Tender Form, which can be obtain from this Regional Food Directorate, Hyderabad at any working day. However, the amount of security deposit/earnest money be accompanied with each tender for As 100,0001. (WPC to PRC within district) Rs. 500,000/. (Distinct to other District within Region) Rs. 10,00,000/. (for other Region) and Rs. 50000/. Miscellaneous work (each district/item) not exceeding 5, required under SPPRA, Rules 2010 in shape of Call Deposit/CDR to be pledged in the name of Deputy Director Food Hyderabad Region. 2. The envelope should invariably bear the words "TENDERS". 3. The bidder who wish to under take the work also have to provide an statement of his Bank account for last three financial years showing at least one transaction of Rs. 10.000 (Million) Financial Stability Certificate obtained from schedule Bank and Income Tax Certificate issued by Income Tax Department. 4. Character certificate from Station House Officer (SHO) of concerned Police Station to the effect that the applicant is not involved in any criminal/defalcation case. 5. That the bidders shall submit their bids in a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the financial proposal and the technical proposal. The first envelope shall be marked as ITechnical Proposali & second as iFinancial Proposali in bold & legible letter to avoid confusion under the relevant provision of Rule 46 (2) of SPPRA Rules, 2010. 6. that a list of the trucks if owned by the transporter shall be furnished with photocopy of documents showing ownership of Trucks. 7. That correct official residential address, along with telephone No., attested photocopy of Identity Card shall be provided. 8. That certificate from the Administrator / Mukhtiarkar of the areas shall be furnished to the effect that the applicant is neither a Government servant nor a student and nor a convict. 9. The other terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender form and, therefore, the bidder will have to sign each and every page of tender Form while submitting his bids.
