BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDAR EDUCATION SUKKUR AUCTION NOTICE
An open auction for disposal of old tyres and tubes, spare parts of vehicles, spare parts of machinery, scrape of machines, skeleton of air coolers, water coolers, telephone sets, furniture, wires, computers and its accessories, electric items, plumbing items etc. will be held within the premises of the Board on 13-02-2014 at 0100 p.m. The auction material can be seen on 12 & 13-02-2014 during office hours "as is and where it is" basis. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The interested persons/party is required to prefer an application on plain paper to the Security, BISE, Sukkur along with a challan of Rs. 2000/- (Non refundable) as a participation fees on the day of auction by 11:00 a.m. 2. The pathos will have to deposit Rs. 60,000/- in the shape of Demand Draft as a bid money in the name of Secretary, BISE, Sukkur on the day of auction by 12:00 noon. In case of failure to deposit the bid money, the participation in the bidding process will not be allowed. 3. The successful offerer will have to deposit 25% of the offered rate on spot in the Boardis relevant account and the rest amount shall be payable within 03 days after approval of the highest rate by the Computer Authority, failing which the bid money and 25% will be forfeited. 4. The bid money worth Rs. 60,000/- will be incorporated in the amount of bid of winner and the unsuccessful bidders will be returned their bid on spot. 5. The auctioned material shall have to be removed from this office within 05 days after full payment is deposited, failing which Rs. 500/- per day will be charged as surcharge. 6. The Income Tax and other taxes will be paid by the successful bidder as per rules of the Government. 7. The Competent Authority / Procuring Agency may reject all or any offer subject to the provision of SPPRA Rules. 8. The other terms and conditions if any will be announced at the time of auction. 9.
