QUOTATION NOTICE
Cantonment General Hospital and Dispensary, Bazarta Line, Karachi Cantonment Board requires sealed quotations (for the fiscal year 2013-2014) from reputable medical suppliers/firnns/medical stores registered with General Sales Tax & Income Tax Department for the supply of allopathic drugs/medicines till June 30, 2014. Other terms & conditions are as under: 1. All quotations should be enclosed iresealed  envelope and directed to the address of the undersigned. On the right side of the envelope, quotation reference of "Medical Products" should be mentioned clearly. 2. Presenter/Quotationer should mention the rebate discount/percentage on retail prices of medicines/drugs and other miscellaneous items. 3. Medical suppliers that offer the highest rebate discount/ percentage will be considered for the approval. 4. Medicines and other miscellaneous items should be provided on "as and where basis" as per the requisition provided by authorized Chief/Senior Medical Officer, which will also include the following unstorable standardized medicines: a. Cancer b. Hepatitis B&C c. Diabetes S. Quotations must be free from any cutting, erasing overwriting, etc. 6. Rates should remain effective till financial year 2013- 2014. Contract will remain effective for one year, extendable till the upcoming duration or the completion of the contract. 7. Quotation forms can be had from the office of Karachi Cantonment Board on any working day during office hours by submitting the application form with general payment of Rs. 1000/. per quotation (non-refundable) in cash on or before January 22, 2014, S. At the time of the payment government taxes (applicable) will be deducted as per the prevailing rates. 9. Sealed quotations should be dropped to the undersigned on the address of Cantonment Board, Sarwar Shaheed Road on January 23, 3014 till 12:00 noon, which will be opened at 1230 pm in the presence of quotationers or their authorized representatives. In case the quotations could not be opened for any reason on the date mentioned than the next dates would be January 24 & 28, 2014, 10. No quotation will be accepted after the due date or time. 11. Refundable pay order of Rs. 10,0001- as earnest money should be submitted in the favor of Executive Officer, Karachi Cantonment Board in original.
