Silent Features of requirement are: • Type of building: Commercial office (should not be home or commercial business plaza) • Covered Space: between 5,000 sq.ft to 6,000 sq.ft • Locality: Main Boulevard Gulberg /Jail Road, Lahore • Parking Space : Car parking of 10 vehicles for the company • Connectivity: Ready to use (landline+Electricity+Networking) ▪ Floors: 1" /2"d /3rd (Dedicated) • Fixtures: Partitions with space available for 15-20 work stations • Rooms: 4-5 Executive Rooms • Dining Facility: Ready kitchen with dining space for 8-10 persons • Restrooms: Dedicated rest rooms to the floor • Reception: Separate reception area • Fire it: Proper emergency exist • Elevator facility: Multiple lifts with one dedicated executive lift • Generator facility: Stand by power generator with 24 h availability Interested parties are requested to submit their bids in sealed envelopes by February 15, 2014 till 1100 hour at the address below mentioned.
