The intending participants can submit their application along with the below listed documents/requirements for the purpose of issuance of bidding documents of each work separately during office hours up to 20-02-2014. No bidding documents will be provided without the payment of cost of bidding documents which shall be in the shape of pay order or in the shape of deposit receipt again each work. 2. The bids will be received back on 21-02-2014 up to 1:00 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m. in presence of Procurement Committee and the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present on the occasion. If the order rernain un-responded state not accepted then the same will be issued and open on the following dates. Registration will Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or above discipline keeping in view the bid costs of items shows at Sr. No. 1. ii). For electrical work valid license issued from Inspectorate of Electrical License Sindh of the similar region with respect to works, shown above. iii) Documentary evidence of work of equivalent cost or above executed in last 3 years and Certificate of satisfactory completion showing date of start and completion ffonn the employer. iv) List of work and copy of letter of award of work/ work orders of equivalent cost or above. v) List of machinery and equiprnent available with documentary proof of its ownership. vi) Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN copy) and Sindh Revenue Board (Sales Tax Registration) and copy of CNIC. vii) Undertaking on stamp paper that firm is not involved in any litigation, Departmental rift, abandoned or unnecessary delay in completion of any work in the Government Departrnents. viii) The 2, Earnest Money shall be submitted in the shape of call deposit issued from scheduled bank slots time of submission of bidding documents in favor of undersigned. ix) Affidavit to the effect that firm has not been black listed previously by any executing agency. x) Affidavits to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct. xi) The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders in accordance with SAPRA Rules 2010. xii) Conditional Tenders still not be entertained. xiii) Advertisements can be seen on Sindh Govemment website (www.sindh.gov.pk) and SPPRA website.
