Tender documents can be obtain. from the date of publication of invitation to the bid in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/upto date renewal ktter, PEC License, Identity Card of contractor /managing parmer/director of the firm along-with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the forrn of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled bank :- 1) Chief Engineer, (No. Zone) Punjab Buildings Department, Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sthiwal. iii) Superintending Engineer, Provincial Buildings Circ(e, Sahiwal iv) District Coordination Officer, Okara. v) Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division Sahiwal. vi) Assistant Commissioner, Okara. Tender. rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable.
