1. Parties interested in bidding are invited to submit Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR for Rs. 500,000/- in favor of The Bank of Punjab along with copy of CNIC and cell number. 2. Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR should bearing backside "Property # situated at _" shall be submitted on the date of auction before scheduled time at the place of auction. 3. Other terms & conditions, if any, will be announced before commencement of open bidding. 4. The bidding will start as per above schedule. 5. The successful bidders will be informed of the acceptance of their bids at the spot on provisional basis. 6. Upon issuance of final acceptance letter, 10% of the bid amount shall be paid within 7 days and the balance within 30 days thereof. 7. The successful bidders shall be liable to pay all applicable Federal/Provincial taxes in vogue and expenses on transfer of the plot/shop. B. 10% Advance Income Tax under section 236A is applicable. 9. Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR will be returned to unsuccessful bidders on the same day. 10. In case of non-fulfillment of any term, Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR and other payments of successful bidder shall be forfeited in favor of The Bank of Punjab. 11. After receiving the full bid money along with all taxes the bank will transfer the property in the name of successful bidder or in the name of any other person as may be nominated by him in writing. 12. Any or all bids can be rejected by The Bank of Punjab without assigning any reason.
