The tendering procedure will be adopted as PPRA rules 2009 under single stage two envelope procedures. Conventional tenders without eamest money will not be entertained. Tenders should be accompanied, in favor of Commissioner PESS1. Pre-Bid meeting wilt be held at PESSI Head Office, Lahore on 11.02.2014.
