TENDER NOTICE
ENG/PLG/D-755/ PTVC invites Technical and Financial Proposals simultaneously as per rule 36-d (two stage two envelope bidding procedure) provided in PPRA rules 2004, from reputed manufacturers /suppliers in TV broadcast industry for import of following equipment:- i) Wired Neck Microphones ii) Wireless Neck Microphones iii) ENS chains along with accessories iv) Field Pick up units v) Non Linear Editing System vi) Frame Synchronizer vii) Analogue to Digital, Digital to Analogue Converter (For Audio) viii) Analogue to Digital, Digital to Analogue Converter (For Video) ix) Professional Grade Video uplink system (Back Pack) x) Integrated Camera Top H.264 Cellular Bonding Solution xi) Embedder / De-Embedder The tender documents along with terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA & P1VC websites or can be collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The tenders in separate envelopes for each equipment clearly marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposer as listed above, duly addressed to "Controller Audit, Chairman Senior Tender Committee, PTV Headquarters office, PO Box 1221, Constitution Avenue Islamabad may be sent up to 18th February 2014 at 1100 Hours which is our deadline, however, the Technical Proposal shall be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after the prescribed time schedule. The Price Proposal shall be opened on later date for the prequalified bidders only, which shall be communicated to them via email/fax/post.
