TENDER NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT OF CONSUMABLE
ITEMS FOR HEAVY LASER PRINTERS KONICA MINOLTA
PRO 951 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014
Sealed Tenders without involving any foreign exchange component are invited from WAPDA approved Manufacturers / Supplier duly pre-qualified I registered by the Chief Engineer (P&D) WAPDA, Lahore, DISCOs & NTDC renewed for the year 2013-14 or Sales Tax Registered Firms / Importer for the supply of following material at MEPCO Computer Centre Multan on FCS basis:-

The tender forms can be obtained from the office of Manager (M.M) MEPCO Ltd. Multan up to one day before the opening date of tender on payment of Rs. 10001- each (Non-refundable). There will be no sale of tender forms on tender opening date. The tender shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee 02% of  the quoted value for WAPDA / DISCOs Registered firms and 05% of the quoted value for un registered firms valid for 150 days issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan on specified Performa / Demand Draft along with the Sales tax registration certificate. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. Bids received after closing time & date will not be considered and return un-opened. The tender will be received on 29.01.2014 half an hour before closing time and will be opened on the same date & time as mentioned above. The undersigned reserve the rights to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and shall upon request communicate to supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals. NOTE:-I. Tender documents will be issued only to those firms who will produce registration Certificate from (P&D) WAPDA / Sales Tax registration certificate. company profile etc. or Sales Tax Registered firms: Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. MEPCO reserves the right to increase / decrease the quantities as per requirement. iii. Time period for performance of contract will be considered up to 180 days or earlier from issuance of P.0 as per requirement of MEPCO. iv. Bidders are requested to give their firm & final prices as no negotiations are expected. v. pre-bid meeting will be held on 22.01.2014 at 11:00 AM in the office of under signed.
